Fees for each program (“Program Fees”) are as displayed on the website or communicated at the time of enrollment and may be revised from time to time.
Advance Payment Requirement
All Program Fees must be paid in full and in advance for the entire duration of the selected program.
Program Activation
Activation of any program is subject to successful receipt and confirmation of the Program Fees.
Non-Transferability
All programs are strictly non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual under any circumstances.
No Cancellation
Once a program subscription is made or confirmed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.
No Refund Policy
All payments made towards programs are non-refundable and non-transferable. Wellness Universe is not obligated to provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal, medical, or humanitarian grounds.
Exceptional Circumstance – Death of Client
In the event of the client’s death, Wellness Universe may, at its sole discretion, refund the prorated Program Fees after deducting charges for the period during which the program was availed. Any such refund shall be treated as a full and final settlement, and no further claims shall be entertained.
Payment Gateway Issues
Any refunds arising due to payment gateway errors, technical failures, or chargebacks shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway provider.
Finality of Payments
By enrolling in any program and making payment, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and that no refunds shall be issued once the program has been activated.
